    Free throughout the Czech Republic when ordering over 5,000 CZK - carpets and PVC

    Vinyl floors - according to the current price list

    Orders up to 5,000 CZK:
    Shipment size up to 190 cm - 190 CZK (carrier Fofr CZ) / 190 CZK (carrier Gebrüder Weiss)
    Shipment size over 190 cm (rolls of carpets and PVC) - 340 CZK (carrier Fofr CZ) / 790 CZK (carrier Gebrüder Weiss)

    Where do we deliver the goods?

    We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic. We also deliver goods to Slovakia, or to another country. We determine the price of transport outside the Czech Republic individually.

    Delivery speed

    We will hand over the goods to the carrier the day after the order, which we will accept by 2 p.m. The carrier will deliver goods up to 4 m in length within the next day, rolls over 4 m will be delivered by the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. For goods to order, we will check the delivery date with the manufacturer and specify the delivery date.

    When receiving a shipment from the carrier, always check:

    • packaging damage incl. pasting etc.
    • for rolls of carpets, PVC and vinyl by the meter, the condition of the reinforcing reel, the reel must not be broken or otherwise damaged (bare, etc.)
      edges of the roll (possible damage
    • the roll (after unpacking) must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt
    • in case of damage, the goods must be taken over with a reservation, which must be entered in writing in the transport protocol from the carrier, without this entry it is not possible to claim damage caused by transport

    When taking over the goods, it is necessary to ensure a sufficient number of people or handling equipment. The driver is unable to unload heavy shipments by himself.

    Online tracking of shipment status

    As soon as we hand over the goods to the carrier, we will send you the package number so that you can track the current status of the shipment. The current status of the shipment can be monitored online at: http://www.kdejebalik.cz/

    Personal collection

    Personal collection is possible at carrier depots. Please contact us via email for this option, thank you.
